Parker International is a family run business that has now been supplying the cycling community for over 20 years. Mail order has always been our priority and we have learnt our trade over the years in an ever-changing market. We started in a small bike shop with plenty of customers calling in to see us but decided to pursue our mail order dreams alongside our normal shop trade. We started when snail mail and cheques were the only way to take orders. Then came the credit card revolution and our phones became our main contact with our customers. We first introduced a web site about 7 years ago when we felt we needed a presence on line but didn’t feel our customers were ready for a full on-line ordering facility. 3 years ago we launched our first fully e-commerce site and our customers have responded so positively we are happy we got the timing just right. We hope we have learnt many valuable lessons along the way and believe we now offer a customer service second to none in the bike trade.
